In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), Performance Media P.S.A. informs you that:
Pursuant to Article 26 of the GDPR, the Controller of your personal data is: Performance Media P.S.A., Idzikowskiego 19, 02-704 Warsaw. The Controller has not appointed a Data Protection Officer.
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
· Handling your inquiry regarding a free consultation about the services offered, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR;
· Marketing purposes, including the promotion of our products, services, and our company, based on the consent you have provided, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR;
· For legitimate legal interests pursued by the Controller, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
· For legitimate legal interests related to establishing, pursuing, or defending potential claims arising from the performance of a contract, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR;
· To the extent that you have given consent for the processing of personal data, the data will be processed for the purposes you have consented to, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Article 7(3) of the GDPR). The provision of your data is voluntary; however, without providing it, you will not be able to send a message to us, and we will not be able to respond to you. Your data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the specified purpose for which it was collected, and after that, for the period required to secure or pursue potential claims, and in the case of processing based on consent, until such consent is withdrawn.
Your personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized under applicable law. Access to personal data will also be granted to authorized employees of the Controller who need to process personal data in the course of their duties and tasks. Your personal data may also be transferred to parties involved in contracts concluded by the Controller if necessary for the performance of such contracts and as required by the contract.
You have the right to:
· Obtain information on the processing of your personal data and the rights available to you under the GDPR,
· Access the content of your data and request its rectification, as well as the right to erasure of personal data from the Controller’s records (unless further processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims),
· Restrict processing, transfer data, and object to processing – in the cases and under the conditions specified in the GDPR.
Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
