Performance Media Becomes Performance Group – Rebranding, expanded capabilities portfolio, and new organizational structure
After more than 20 years of developing performance-driven marketing solutions for advertisers, Performance Media is entering a new phase of growth: with a new name, a new visual identity, and an expanded portfolio of products and services.
From now on, the agency will operate under the name Performance Group, with a new organizational structure in which key competencies are concentrated within three divisions: Media, Creative, and Data & Analytics. Performance Group is one of the largest independent agencies in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and one of the region’s leading partners of Google, Meta, and TikTok.
Over the past two decades, the agency has earned recognition both in Poland and internationally, winning numerous awards for campaigns delivered across the CEE and EMEA regions. These achievements have been largely driven by the integration of advanced technology solutions and data analytics.

The agency’s new strategy places greater emphasis on its core competencies, which are now organized into three divisions within the new structure:

Performance Create (Navigating Brands)
Performance Data (Navigating Data)
Each division is designed to reinforce the position of the parent brand—Performance Group (Navigating Ahead)—as a strategic partner offering comprehensive support, advanced expertise, and an innovative approach.
The agency’s new visual identity was unveiled at the “Navigating Ahead” Digital Future Conference 2024.
